Ingredients
1 frozen banana
½ avocado
½ pear
½ apple
¼ bunch of organic kale
1.5 Cups water
1 Tbsp raw honey
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
2 cubes ice
Method
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until you are left with a creamy, smooth green smoothie.
