Did you know?

Chia is every bit the superfood people deem it to be. The seeds are the richest plant based source of Omega 3, dietary fibre, protein and antioxidants.
The protein is a complete protein containing all 8 amino acids which for a vegetarian source of protein, in incredibly rare. Chia is gluten free, comes in either black or white variety and is wonderful for adding into smoothies, baked goods or sprinkling over muesli or yoghurt.
