Who wants to be delighted? This delicious triple berry smoothie will see your tastebuds brimming with joy.
There’s something so fun about making a smoothie, not to mention a wonderful healthy alternative to sip on when you’re feeling like an afternoon treat.
Grab yourself a blender and give it a go.
Serves: 1
Time: 5 minutes
Smoothie Ingredients:
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Medium – Large Banana (frozen)
4 Medium strawberries
Small handful raspberries (I use about 5/6 raspberries)
Small handful blueberries (I use about 10/15 blueberries)
Pinch of organic shredded coconut
½ Tablespoon Mesquite Powder
1 Large spoonful of yoghurt – optional (I use dairy free yoghurt)
How to be Delighted
Step 1: Put all ingredients into blender and blend on high speed until you have a smooth but thick consistency
Step 2: Pour into your favourite drinking glass
Step 3: Garnish with shredded coconut, pomegranate seeds and/or rasperries
Step 4: ENJOY!
